摘要

Abstract

Conductive hydrogels have good application value in the design of wearable flexible sensors because of their inherent conduc-tivity,softness,ductility and biocompatibility.In order to collect surface EMG signals with high quality under wearable conditions,a new hydrogel-based stretable surface EMG array electrode patch is designed,for which the MXene hydrogel wire is prepared by using electro-chemical gel method and nanoclay composite conductive hydrogel is used as EMG sensing units.The experimental results show that in open circuit test,the maximum tensile strain of MXene hydrogel wire is improved by 3 times compared with copper silver paste wire.In addition,because the nanoclay composite conductive hydrogel with the electromyographic array electrode has the ability to close fit with human skin,it can realize the acquisition of surface electromyographic signals in different states.The experimental results show that the eight-channel array electrode has high sensitivity and stability.This study provides a new idea for the design of stretchable array elec-trode patch and the construction of surface EMG acquisition system.
