摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to detect welding defects in the busbar,which is the connector of the power battery module output current.A novel ultrasonic A-scan signal spectral analysis imaging method,applicable to the product of full inspection,is proposed.In this meth-od,the improved version of variational mode decomposition(VMD),Hilbert transform(HT),time scale,and maximum inter-class vari-ance algorithm are used to process A-scan signals.A contrast parameter of reflected energy is attained by carrying out an integration op-eration within the frequency domain.Consequently,a normalized welding interface imaging map is generated,enabling the identification of the size,location,and area of the welding region.Compared with destructive tensile testing and conventional C-scan imaging methods,this new approach effectively reduces noise and minimizes the impact of surface scattering,thereby reducing the size identification error of the welding area by 5.3%.The identification accuracy of qualified products reached more than 99%.
