旅游温点城市游客感知形象与官方投射形象对比分析
Comparative Analysis on Tourists'Perceived Image and Officially Projected Image of Warm Spot Tourism Cities:A Case Study of Hefei

Abstract
Using Hefei,a typical warm spot tourism city,as a case study,this paper applies the"cognition-emo-tion"theory,utilizes Python for data mining,and employs ROST CM 6 as a supporting tool for content analysis to compare and analyze the officially projected image of Hefei City and the image perceived by tourists.The main findings are as follows:in terms of cognitive image,tourists show a preference for cultural tourism resources;in terms of emotional image,tourists'positive emotions primarily stem from their appreciation of scenic spots,while dissatisfaction with tourism infrastructure and services is the main source of negative emotions.In terms of overall perception,tourists tend to focus on the details of their travel experiences,whereas officials project the image from a broader perspective,considering the needs of local citizens,with a clear policy-text characteristic.Finally,based on a discussion of potential issues in warm spot tourism cities,the paper provides corresponding improvement sugges-tions.This study,focusing on the less explored warm spot tourism cities,theoretically enriches the research system of urban tourism image and provides practical guidance for the sustainable development of tourism in such cities.关键词
