高校辅导员数字化能力对学生追随力的影响研究
Research on the Influence of University Counselors'Digital Capability on Students'Followership

Abstract
Based on the theory of resource conservation,this study investigates the mechanism through which uni-versity counselors'digital capability influences students'followership,with psychological availability as a mediating variable and proactive personality as a moderating variable.Using a sample of 561 university students from Shang-hai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Anhui provinces,the results demonstrate that university counselors'digital capability has a significant positive effect on students'followership.Psychological availability partially mediates the relation-ship between university counselors'digital capability and students'followership.Moreover,students'proactive per-sonality not only positively moderates the relationship between psychological availability and followership but also moderates the mediating effect of psychological availability.Specifically,the higher the level of proactive personali-ty,the stronger the influence of psychological availability on students'followership,and the stronger the indirect ef-fect of university counselors'digital capability on students'followership through psychological availability.Addi-tionally,fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis further confirms the robustness of the findings.The conclusions provide practical insights for enhancing university counselors'digital capability and students'followership.关键词
