摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the major safety hazards such as insufficient pressure of cooling water and fire fighting water caused by filter clogging in the water inlet valve box of a ship,and stopping of the main engine,and realizing the timely cleaning of the filter in the water inlet valve box of a ship to prevent the equipment failure and fire fighting safety hazards,this paper analyzes the working modes and deficiencies of the two traditional methods of internal and external pressure difference detection and the static pressure detection method inside the filter,and proposes a monitoring device for filter clogging status in the water inlet valve box of a ship.This paper analyzes the working mode and deficiencies of the two traditional measurement methods of internal and external pressure difference detection and static pressure detection inside the filter,and proposes a water inlet valve box filter clogging state monitoring device,which through the reasonable application of multi-factor dynamic modeling method,has the advantages of simple measurement method,precise filter clogging state mastery,and low influence of the ship's driving state.At the same time,the vacuum pressure sensor and range meter can conveniently obtain the corresponding vacuum degree and water speed,and grasp the corresponding blockage rate,so as to realize the goal of improving the safety of ship navigation.
