Abstract
Aiming at the disadvantage of high turn-on and turn off losses in conventional buck DC/DC converters where the power transistor operates in a hard switching state,a buck type zero voltage switching quasi resonant converter was studied.By adding a parallel capacitor and diode to the power transistor,as well as a series inductor,zero voltage turn-on of the switch can be achieved,soft switching can be realized,and the turn-on loss of the power switch can be reduced.This article provides a detailed derivation of the working mode of the step-down zero voltage switching quasi resonant converter,completes the design of the main component parameters,and finally verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis through simulation experiments.关键词
