摘要

Abstract

The rapid development of electric locomotives and City underground rail transit industries has put forward higher requirements for the performance of DC contactors.As the core component of DC contactors,the action characteristics of electromagnets will directly affect the overall performance of DC contactors.This article presents a simulation analysis of the closing and opening characteristics of a certain type of double coil electromagnet based on Maxwell 2D.The simulation compares the closing and opening characteristics of four different double coil connection methods.In this simulation,an external excitation circuit was built,which can be used to complete the simulation analysis of electromagnetic closing and opening through a single simulation.The simulation method and conclusion in this article have certain guiding significance for the design of electromagnets.
