Carbide control of tool and die steel
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the precipitation temperature and type of carbides in industrial tool and die steel,as well as the formation mechanism of different types of carbides are summarized.The research methods and progress of carbide control in industrial tool and die steel at home and abroad are also reviewed,and various control methods of carbides in industrial tool and die steel are introduced,including addition of inoculants or micro-alloying elements,modulation of the cooling rate,adopting mechanical/electromagnetic stirring techniques,and optimization of hot working and heat treatment processes.Through the combination of microscopic characterization techniques and computer simulation techniques,the formation mechanism of carbide is revealed in depth.In addition,the regulation mechanism of carbide fragmentation and decomposition by thermal processing parameters is systematically elucidated,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for precise control of carbide morphology characteristics.关键词
