低品位菱镁矿在硫酸溶液中的浸出特性及动力学
Leaching characteristics and kinetics of low-grade magnesite ore in sulfuric acid solution

Abstract
The leaching characteristics and kinetics of the main elements in the sulfuric acid solution of the calcined low-grade magnesite calcination have been systematically studied.Under the conditions of leaching time of 15 minutes,leaching temperature of 40℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L,and liquid-to-solid ratio of 15 mL/g,the leaching rate reaches 90.47% for magnesium,84.45% for calcium,12.18% for silicon,55.47% for iron,and 10.34%for aluminum.The kinetic results reveal that the leaching process of magnesium,calcium,and silicon is jointly controlled by chemical reaction and ash layer diffusion,with activation energy Ea of 30.20 kJ/mol,33.56 kJ/mol,and 36.46 kJ/mol,respectively.In contrast,the leaching of iron and aluminum is predominantly controlled by ash layer diffusion,exhibiting activation energy Ea of 5.05 kJ/mol and 14.06 kJ/mol,respectively.The ash layer formed by elements such as silicon and aluminum emerges as the primary resistance to mass transfer and diffusion.关键词
