线控转向系统的齿条力估算研究
The research on rack force estimation in steer-by-wire systems
摘要
Abstract
In a steer-by-wire(SBW)control system,accurately obtaining rack force information is crucial for enhancing steering performance.However,due to limitations such as space and cost,the current SBW systems are unable to directly measure the rack force.To address the issue,two existing rack force estimation methods(one based on steering system dynamics and the other based on vehicle dynamics)are implemented and compared.Their effectiveness and limitations are analyzed through experiments under various input conditions.By combining the characteristics of these two methods,a fuzzy logic-based data fusion method for the dynamic characteristics of rack force is designed to improve estimation accuracy.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is validated through a series of real-vehicle experiments.关键词
