城市建设领域绿色低碳技术的因地施策与集成应用路径探索
Exploration on the Path of Locally-Tailored Policies and Integrated Application of Green and Low-Carbon Technologies in Urban Construction
摘要
Abstract
Green and low-carbon sustainable development has become a global consensus.Accelerating the green transformation of development models through green and low-carbon technological innovation is a key support for promoting ecological civilization construction and high-quality development,and achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Since the 18th National Congress,the research and application of green and low-carbon technologies in the field of urban construction have developed rapidly.However,there are still issues such as insufficient consideration of regional differences in technology application and a lack of integrated innovation and demonstration of multiple technologies across various fields.In response to these problems,this paper employs methods such as policy analysis,literature review,and field investigation to sort out the factors influencing the selection of green and low-carbon technologies.It explores the construction of a full-cycle,total-factor urban green and low-carbon technology system.Furthermore,by integrating local practices in places like Bo'ao Near Zero Carbon Demonstration Zone,China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City,and Mingzhuwan Area in Guangzhou Nansha New District,the paper investigates the locally-tailored policies and the integrated application paths of green and low-carbon technologies.Ultimately,it proposes the path suggestions for the localized-tailored integration and application of urban green and low-carbon technologies.关键词
