基于城市设计视角的历史街区建筑更新改造策略探究
Study on the Renewal and Reconstruction Strategies for the Buildings in Historical District Based on the Perspective of Urban Design

Abstract
With the deepening of urbanization,the protection and renewal of historical districts are facing many challenges.From the perspective of urban design,this paper discusses the strategic paths for the renewal and transformation of buildings in historical districts based on the theories of urban cultural heritage and urban catalysts.Through sorting out the relationship between urban design and architectural design,the paper clarifies the necessity of introducing urban design concepts into the architectural design of historical districts,and puts forward an analytical framework for the architectural renovation of historical districts based on urban design concepts.It discusses the implementation paths for the renewal and renovation of the buildings in historical districts from two aspects of the renewal of cultural context in different historical districts and also the functional reconstruction and reactivation based on the perspective of urban catalysts.Finally,the feasibility of these strategies is examined through the case study of Changchun South Square Historical District,which provides new ideas for the conservative development of historical districts.关键词
