摘要

Abstract

To address the optimization problem of multiple locomotives pick-up and delivery operations at hybrid special railway line networks,this paper adopted a dual perspective of railway operators and cargo owners.The objectives were to minimize train-hour consumption and maximize time satisfaction.The model incorporated several constraints,including the exclusivity of shunting route occupation,conflicts between shunting routes and receiving/departing routes,locomotive traction capacity,and cargo operation point capacity.Additionally,time constraints on batch start and end times and logical constraints for pick-up and delivery operations,were considered.Based on these factors,a generalized optimization model for multiple locomotive pick-up and delivery operations was developed.To address the model's characteristics,a gray wolf optimization strategy was integrated into the traditional NSGA-II algorithm to accelerate population convergence towards the Pareto frontier.An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II&DGWOS)was proposed.The algorithm's efficiency was tested using three problem scales(30,50,and 70 operations),with analysis showing that NSGA-II&DGWOS significantly enhances computational efficiency compared to traditional NSGA-II.As the problem size increases,the time-saving advantage becomes more pronounced,with a 12%reduction in computation time for 70 operations.Additionally,the gray wolf optimization improves the population quality in the early stages of iteration,leading to a 6%saving in vehicle hour consumption.The traditional NSGA-II algorithm,by maintaining higher population diversity,performs better in minimizing average time dissatisfaction,achieving an average saving of 5%.The findings of this study can provide practical algorithmic support and theoretical foundation for optimizing multiple locomotive pick-up and delivery operations in hybrid special railway line networks,contributing to the improvement of railway freight operation efficiency and overall optimization.
