复方皂角刺汤联合顺铂腹腔灌注治疗脾虚湿阻型恶性腹水的临床观察
Clinical efficacy of compound Gleditsiae Spina decoction combined with peritoneal perfusion with cisplatin in treatment of malignant ascites with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Gleditsiae Spina decoction combined with peritoneal perfusion with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant ascites with spleen deficiency and damp-ness stagnation.Methods:A total of 42 patients with malignant ascites with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 21 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy with cisplatin alone,and those in the treatment group received oral administration of compound Gleditsiae Spina decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,the maximum depth of ascites,Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS)score,and adverse events before and after treatment,and the treatment outcomes of TCM syndrome and malignant ascites were assessed.Results:There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the overall response rates of TCM syndrome[80.95％(17/21)vs 66.67％(14/21),P＜0.05]and malignant ascites[76.19％(16/21)vs 57.14％(12/21),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had improvements in TCM syndrome score,the maximum depth of ascites,and KPS score,and the treatment group had significantly better improvements than the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse events(nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,bone marrow suppression)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion:Compound Gleditsiae Spina decoction combined with peritoneal perfusion with cisplatin can effectively alleviate malignant ascites,control disease progression,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
