朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法配合颈椎定点旋转扳法治疗颈源性眩晕56例
Clinical effect of Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type Ⅱ combined with cervical targeted rotation maneuver in treatment of cervicogenic dizziness:An analysis of 56 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type Ⅱ combined with cervical targeted rotation maneuver in the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness.Methods:A to-tal of 112 patients with cervicogenic dizziness were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 56 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received betahistine mesylate tablets and cervical targeted rotation maneuver,and those in the treatment group received Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type Ⅱ in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of e-valuation scale for cervical vertigo(ESC V)score,Neck Dysfunction Index(NDI)score,hemorheological indices(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and packed cell volume)before and after treatment;recurrence was recor-ded,and clinical outcome was assessed.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[96.43％(54/56)vs 83.93％(47/56),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had a significant increase in ESCV score and significant reductions in NDI score and hemorheological indices,and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group[1.85％(1/54)vs 17.02％(8/47),P＜0.05].Conclusion:Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type Ⅱ combined with cer-vical targeted rotation maneuver has a good clinical effect in the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness and can improve dizziness,cervical function,and cervical blood circulation and reduce recurrence rate,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
