基于数据挖掘技术研究针灸治疗卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的选穴规律
Rule of acupoint selection for acupuncture in treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rule of acupoint selection in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis based on data mining,as well as the optimal combination of acupoints.Methods:Related databases were searched for articles on acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis published from January 1,2000 to March 31,2024,and after screening based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,related data were extracted and Excel 2021 was used to establish a database of acupuncture prescriptions.SPSS Modeler and R language were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:Data mining showed that Quchi(LI 11),Hegu(LI 4),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Yanglingquan(GB 34),and Zusanli(ST 36)had the highest frequency of use.The acupoints along the Yang meridians had a higher frequency of use than those along the Yin meridians',and the acupoints of the Large Intestine Channel of Hand-Yangming had the highest frequency of use.Specific acupoints accounted for 18.70％,among which five-Shu points had the highest frequency of use.Most acupoints were selected in the lower limbs,and the combination of Hegu(LI 4)and Quchi(LI 11)had the highest frequency of use.The cluster analysis obtained two combinations of acupoints.Conclusion:For acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralys-is,acupoints in the affected limb are mainly selected for treatment,and this study provides an evidence-based refer-ence for further improving acupoint selection regimens and acupuncture treatment for post-stroke spastic paralysis.关键词
