基于数据挖掘探讨绍派伤寒治疗温病的用药规律
Medication rule of experts of the Shaoxing School in typhoid studies in treatment of febrile disease:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of the experts of the Shaoxing School in typhoid studies in the treatment of febrile disease based on R language.Methods:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pre-scriptions for the treatment of febrile disease were collected from A Selection of Proven Cases by Experts of the Sha-oxing School in Typhoid Studies,and R language was used to perform frequency,taste/nature/meridian entry,corre-lation,association rule,and cluster analyses for TCM drugs in prescriptions.Results:A total of 111 prescriptions were included,involving 212 TCM drugs.A total of 28 high-frequency drugs were obtained,among which the top 3 drugs were Forsythia suspensa,Radix Rehmanniae,and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Drug functions mainly included clearing heat,relieving exterior syndrome,resolving phlegm,and relieving cough and asthma.Most drugs had a sweet-cold or bitter-cold taste and mainly entered the lung,stomach,and heart meridians.A correlation analysis was performed for TCM drugs with a frequency of use of＞5 times,and the results showed that the top 3 drug combinations in terms of correlation coefficient were Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata-ginger,Tetrapanax papyriferus-Herba Eupatorii,and Tetrapanax papyriferus-Rubra Poria.The association rule analysis obtained 23 core drug combinations,involving 16 TCM drugs,and the cluster analysis obtained 5 clusters.Conclusion:The experts of the Shaoxing School in typhoid studies mainly applied the methods of clearing heat and eliminating pathogen,relieving exterior syndrome and resol-ving phlegm,and tonifying and strengthening vital Qi in the treatment of febrile disease.关键词
