摘要

Abstract

Based on the heat conduction equation,the fluid governing equation and the ideal gas equation,the arc power is loaded into the control equation of fluid motion by the internal heat source method.A numerical model for calculating the arc pressure in the cable compartment of switchgear is established.When an arc fault occurs at the copper busbar in the cable compartment,the three-dimensional gas flow field in the cable compartment is numerically calculated.The pressure rise distribution law and the propagation characteristics of the pressure shock wave in the cable compartment during the initial stage of the arc are pointed out.Finally,based on GB/T 3906-2020,a 40 kA,1 s internal arc test is conducted on the product,The results show that the numerical calculation results of the pressure field are in good agreement with the test results.The error meets the engineering requirements.This provides theoretical support and design reference for the subsequent design and optimization of similar products.
