Abstract
As a new form of capital entering countryside,patient capital entering the rural area provides important financial support for promoting the overall revitalization of the rural area and meets the actual needs of rural sustainable development.From the perspective of ontological logic,patient capital entering the rural area takes into account the profitability of capital and the publicity of rural development.It is the unity of the systematic recon-struction of the essential attributes of capital and the overall progress of rural areas,which meets the needs of rural sustainable development.From the perspective of value orientation,patient capital entering the rural area has a comparative advantage in focusing on long-term value investment compared with traditional capital,which helps to achieve balanced regional development and benefit sharing.From the perspective of practical needs,patient capital entering the rural area should speed up the construction of a long-term mechanism,and effectively solve the problems of agricultural and rural development from the aspects of optimizing the financing structure,improving the screening mechanism of rural high-quality investment targets,and in-novating the benefit sharing mechanism of helping farmers.In a word,It is of great theoretical and practical value for rural construction and develop-ment to construct a policy guarantee mechanism conducive to patient capital entering the rural area,and to answer the basic problems faced by patient capital entering the rural area from whether it is necessary,whether it is possible and how it is possible.关键词
