Agricultural Financial Reform under the New National System:A Paradigm Breakthrough on Patient Capital Guided by Xi Jinping Economic Thought

Abstract
Based on the methodology of Marxist political economy,this paper systematically analyzes the structural contradiction between the short-term tendency of capital in the process of agricultural financialization and the disruption of agricultural strategic cycles.The research finds that the alienation of capital's time power under the neoliberal paradigm has led to a common situation where the agricultural investment cycle in developing countries is generally shorter than the strategic cycle required for the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture,forming a"strategic cycle paradox".Xi Jinping Economic Thought creatively develops the Marxist dialectic of time by constructing a triple empowerment mechanism of"political discipline-ethical reconstruction-technical governance"through the new national system:establishing institutional anchoring between strategic cycles and capital turnover in the political dimension,achieving the embedding and transformation of socialist labor ethics into the logic of financialization in the value di-mension,and innovating capital valuation models for digital credit and ecological accounting in the technical dimension.This institutional innovation breaks through the neoliberal trap of"commodification of time",enabling agricultural capital movements to exhibit Chinese characteristics of"institu-tionalization of strategic patience,ethicalization of capital operation,and precision of governance tools",and promoting the transformation of global ag-ricultural investment from capital hegemony to strategic patience.关键词
