为研究在饲料中添加复合植物精油对小优鸡生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫功能的影响,选取 1 日龄小优鸡 150羽,随机分为 5 组,分别在基础日粮中添加复合植物精油 100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、300 mg/kg、400 mg/kg进行为期 52d饲养试验,评估复合植物精油的效果.结果:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的 52 日龄体重具有显著性差异(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ 组的体重较低,与其他试验组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的料重比降低明显.(2)与对照组比较,试验Ⅲ组屠宰率提高了 4.59%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),各试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组半净膛率提高 1.19%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),各试验组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组全净膛率具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅲ组提高了2.59%,试验Ⅳ组提高了 2.53%,试验Ⅰ组最低,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组胸肌率提高了 1.12%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他试验组差异不明显(P>0.05).(3)与对照组比较,试验Ⅲ组剪切力提高 6.34,试验IV组剪切力提高 7.48,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);蒸煮损失均无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组肉色亮度与其他各组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);pH24 h值各组间差异较大,与对照组比较,试验Ⅲ组具有显著性差异(P<0.05).(4)与对照组相比,各试验组的IgG含量均有升高,其中试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的IgM含量有提高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),试验IV组则低于对照组;试验组的C3 含量升高,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);各试验组的C4 含量升高,但与胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、脾脏指数一样,均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:日粮中添加复合植物精油可提高生产性能,改善屠宰性能、部分肉品质及部分免疫功能;综合比较,复合植物精油的适宜添加量为 300 mg/kg.

In order to study the effects of adding compound plant essential oils to feed on the production performance,slaughter per-formance,meat quality,and immune function of Xiaoyou chickens,150 1-day-old Xiaoyou chickens were selected and randomly di-vided into 5 groups.Compound plant essential oils were added to the basic diet at doses of 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,and 400 mg/kg for a 52 day feeding experiment,and evaluate the effects of compound plant essential oils.Result:(1)Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in body weight at 52 days of age among experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ.Experimental group I had a lower body weight,which was significantly different from other experimental groups(P<0.05);The feed to weight ratio of experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ decreased significantly.(2)Compared with the control group,the slaughter rate of experimental group Ⅲ increased by 4.59%,with a significant difference(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the experimental groups(P>0.05);The half evisceration rate of group Ⅳ increased by 1.19%,with significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the experimental groups(P>0.05);There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the total e-visceration rate between group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ.Among them,group Ⅲ increased by 2.59%,group Ⅳ increased by 2.53%,and group Ⅰ had the lowest evisceration rate,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The breast muscle rate of group Ⅲ increased by 1.12%,with significant differences(P<0.05),while the differences in other experimental groups were not significant(P>0.05).(3)Com-pared with the control group,the shear force of group Ⅲ increased by 6.34,and group Ⅳ increased by 7.48,with significant differ-ences(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in cooking loss(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in meat color brightness between group Ⅳ and other groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05);There were significant differences in pH24h values among the groups,and compared with the control group,the group Ⅲ showed a significant dif-ference(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the IgG content in all experimental groups increased,with significant differences(P<0.05)observed in experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ;The IgM content in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),while group Ⅳ was lower than the control group;The C3 content in the experimental group increased,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ;The C4 content in each experimental group increased,but there was no significant difference compared to the thymus index,bursa index,and spleen index(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding com-pound plant essential oils to the diet can improve production performance,slaughter performance,partial meat quality,and partial im-mune function;Based on comprehensive comparison,the appropriate dosage for adding compound plant essential oils is 300 mg/kg.
