2023年武平县部分鸡场禽白血病血清学调查与分析

Abstract
A total of 399 sera were collected from the Xiangdong chicken conservation farm in Wuping county and 11 randomly-se-lected large-scale yellow-feathered broiler farms in the county.Antibody detections of subgroup ALV-J and subgroups ALV-A/B were carried out.The results showed that ALV antibody-positive chickens were detected in all 12 chicken farms,and the main subgroup was ALV-J,with a positive rate of 13.5%(54/399).In addition,infections of subgroups ALV-A/B also existed,with a positive rate of 2.8%(11/399).Through monitoring and culling of positive chickens and taking comprehensive biosecurity measures in the Xiangdong chicken conservation farm,the infection rate of the chicken flock can be significantly reduced,providing good breeding sources for so-ciety.关键词
