Abstract
The advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has profoundly impacted labor and employment,making it a focal point in current academic research.Overall,studies primarily focus on AI's effects on aspects such as total employment,labor mobility and wages,labor relations,and labor theories.Research also indicates that AI development significantly influences employment volume,employment structures,income distributions,and related theories.Yet divergent perspectives persist regarding specific mechanisms and magnitudes.This study,through a systematic review of relevant literature,outlines current academic insights into AI's impact on employment and labor.However,given AI's rapid iterative evolution,its full implications remain unrealized.Hence,research in this field is expected to deepen over time.关键词
