新型混合绝缘子金具电化学腐蚀特性研究
Study on Electrochemical Corrosion Characteristics of New Hybrid Insulator

Abstract
The fitting corrosion of DC disk-shaped insulators seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of UHV lines.In theory,the leakage current of new disk-shaped suspended hybrid insulator is close to that of composite insulator due to the high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber on the surface,and zinc rings and sleeves are not necessary to be installed to avoid this problem.However,there is a lack of test data to demonstrate its electrochemical corrosion resistance.Therefore,this paper selects three kinds of insulator test products including hybrid insulators to carry out accelerated corrosion test research.Under the same conditions,the accelerated corrosion test of iron cap and steel foot is carried out on the test products,and the surface corrosion condition,corrosion current and corrosion charge amount,and corrosion loss mass are analyzed.The results show that only the surface corrosion marks of porcelain insulators are obvious.The corrosion charges of porcelain insulators,factory composite insulator and hybrid insulator in iron cap corrosion test are 10 105 C,153 C and 15 6C respectively,and those of steel foot corrosion test are 7 985 C,103 C and 108 C.Under the same environment,the corrosion state of the iron cap and steel foot of the hybrid insulator running 30 years is only the same as that of the porcelain insulator running 0.4 years,so the zinc ring and zinc jacket can not be installed.关键词
