Static Electric Field Simulation and Optimization of Voltage Self Voltage-sharing Vacuum Interrupter Based on Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract
Self voltage-sharing structure can significantly improve the insulation performance of vacuum interrupters.Currently,the main research on self voltage-sharing vacuum interrupter focuses on the optimization analysis of the voltage-sharing structure,while the comprehensive optimization research on the voltage-sharing structure and the overall structure of the vacuum interrupter is insufficient.Based on a 24 kV self voltage-sharing vacuum interrupter that integrates the voltage-sharing shield and the capacitor with epoxy resin,the paper uses COMSOL software to analyze the electrostatic field characteristics and combines with SPSS software for orthogonal experiments.It selects the following 9 design parameters for the comprehensive optimization research on the electrostatic field characteristics of the self-sharing vacuum interrupter,including the radius of the arc at the connection between the voltage-sharing shield and the outer epoxy resin,the radius of the arc at the edge of the voltage-sharing shield,the thickness of the inner and outer epoxy resin,the fillet of the contact,the contact opening distance,the radius of the main shield,the roll angle and the slope.By analyzing the regression equations between each parameter,it is determined whether different design parameters have extremely significant or significant effects on the maximum electric field strength at different parts of the interrupter.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization design of the electrostatic field characteristics of self voltage-sharing vacuum interrupters.关键词
