成人隐匿性腹股沟疝的相关危险因素
Clinical study on risk factors associated with occult inguinal hernia in adults

Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with occult inguinal hernia(OCH)in adults and provide a theoretical basis for its clinical prevention and management.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 150 patients with unilateral inguinal hernia who underwent transabdominal preperitoneal(TAPP)hernia repair at Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2024.Based on laparoscopic findings during TAPP,patients with OCH were assigned to the OCH group,while those without OCH findings were includ-ed in the non-OCH group.Data on age,sex,body mass index(BMI),length of hospital stay,disease duration,opera-tive time,hernia ring size,smoking history,alcohol consumption,physical labor intensity(graded according to GB3869),chronic constipation severity score(CSS),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and history of chro-nic disease were collected.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent risk factors for OCH in adults.Results The incidence of OCH among the 150 patients was 14.67％.Significant differ-ences were observed between the two groups in terms of age,BMI,smoking history,alcohol consumption,and history of chronic disease(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified age(OR=1.972),BMI(OR=1.474),smoking history(OR=3.294),diabetes mellitus(OR=2.067),and IPSS score(OR=1.508)as independent risk fac-tors for adult OCH.Conclusion Age,BMI,smoking history,diabetes mellitus,and IPSS score are independent risk factors for OCH in adults.Targeted preventive measures addressing these factors may help reduce the incidence of OCH.关键词
