摘要

Abstract

Digital economy is playing an important role in optimizing teaching methods and effectiveness,while also placing higher demands on the cultivation of talents in the field of economics and management.At present,the problems of cultivating talents in the field of economics and management and the digital reform of course teaching are gradually becoming prominent.There are difficulties such as imprecise development of digital technology,relatively single evaluation and assessment methods,insufficient innovation in digital teaching models,fragmented teaching processes,and obvious differentiation in digital empowerment of classroom subjects.In view of this,it is urgent to develop following explorations in the teaching reform of management courses under the background of digitalization:clarify the main bottlenecks in the teaching process,and implementing big data to empower application scenarios;optimize the teaching team and integrate the improvement of teachers'digital literacy into the teaching process;promote the transformation of intelligent evaluation and establish an intelligent comprehensive teaching evaluation system;develop an integrated precision teaching support system based on the teaching and learning needs of university management courses;build a network system for teaching and learning in the field of economics and management,and conceptualize personalized learning content for students.
