Abstract

Sugar bioengineering belongs to the first-class discipline of light industry technology and engineering,and is one of the most eye-catching interdisciplinary frontier disciplines after genetic engineering and protein engineering.It is of great practical significance to integrate ideological and political education elements into the construction of sugar bioengineering curriculum and realize the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional knowledge.In this paper,the reform goal of ideological and political education in the course of sugar biological engineering was reconstructed,and the implementation path and plan for the teaching goal was elaborated.Through this reform of ideological and political education,students'professional pride,ideals and beliefs of being in the same direction as the main body of the new era,and teachers'ideological and political teaching level have been significantly improved.Moreover,an education mechanism of teaching and learning,ideological and political education and professional theory in the same direction and mutually promoting each other has been established,and good implementation results have been achieved.The research results of this project can provide reference for the ideological and political education of sugar science-related professional courses under the background of the construction of the first-class discipline of light industry technology and engineering.
