新文科背景下地方高校校企合作模式创新研究
摘要
Abstract
The deepening of the New Liberal Arts initiative, coupled with regional industrial transformation, necessitates that local universities overcome structural bottlenecks to foster deeper collaboration with enterprises.Grounded in the interdisciplinary and practice-oriented nature of the New Liberal Arts, this study investigates critical challenges in university-enterprise cooperation, including goal misalignment,curriculum-industry mismatch, fragmented governance structures, and inadequate resource integration.Through a deconstruction of the three-dimensional framework-"collaborative logic-practical dilemmas-path generation"-this study unveils the intrinsic barriers to innovation in cooperative models. The findings suggest that existing challenges stem from multiple structural disjunctions, particularly the misalignment between talent development goals and societal demands. In response, this study proposes a triadic driving framework encompassing three dimensions:goals, institutions, and resources.Establish dynamic curriculum adaptation mechanisms to align educational content with evolving industrial frontiers;Construct stratified governance communities to delineate responsibilities and clarify accountability;Develop dual-cycle resource coordination networks to facilitate the integration of educational and industrial resources;Leverage policy empowerment to dismantle institutional barriers. This study contributes a dual framework-both theoretical and practical-for fostering an innovation ecosystem characterized by the integration of education and industry,university-enterprise symbiosis, and regional revitalization.关键词
