西部二本院校师范类人才培养体系构建与实践研究

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the country's requirements for"high-quality education",the quality of teacher training has become an important issue in college teacher education.The School of Humanities of Shangluo University has constructed and implemented the"trinity"teacher training system,which has effectively improved the quality of teacher training.The"trinity"teacher training system is a successful practice of the training mode,and also provides a reference method and mode for other types of personnel training.关键词
