摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a sensorless control method for a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor using a super-twisting algorithm sliding mode observer with parameter identification.This method addresses the inherent chattering problem in traditional sliding mode observers,considers the changes in motor parameters due to stator temperature rise and magnetic saturation during motor operation,enhances the robustness of the motor.A recursive least squares is used to identify the stator inductance and stator resistance,the identified motor parameters be updated in real-time in the super-twisting algorithm sliding mode observer to prevent mismatched motor parameters from impacting motor performance.This approach improves observer performance and eliminates the steady-state error of the extended back electromotive force.Additionally,a phase-locked loop is used in place of the arctangent function to calculate the rotor position,thereby reducing estimation angle error.Finally,comparative simulations were conducted in Simulink by setting up models with and without parameter identification in the super-twisting algorithm sliding mode observer,the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method were validated.关键词
