摘要

Abstract

Transition metal nitride is an ideal choice for high efficiency hydrogen evolution(HER)electrocatalyst due to its high conductivity,adjustable band structure and excellent stability.However,excessively high or low nitride temperature may lead to structural changes during synthesis process,limiting its HER catalytic performance.Thus,it is crucial to regulate the appropriate nitriding temperature.Successfully prepared self-supported Ni3N/NiMoN heterojunction nanosheet arrays(Ni3N/NiMoN-450@CC)by hydrothermal-calcination process.XRD,SEM and XPS tests were performed to characterize the morphology and composition of the obtained materials.The results indicate that Ni3N/NiMoN nanosheets uniformly grew on carbon cloth.The electrocatalytic activity of the obtained material in alkaline electrolyte was investigated by linear scanning voltammetry(LSV)and cyclic voltammetry(CV).Ni3N/NiMoN-450@CC exhibits a good HER catalytic activity with a low overpotential of 34 mV at 10 mA·cm-2,and the current density is almost unchanged after 48 hours of continuous testing.
