National Master of TCM Wang Zili's Experience in Treating Fright Palpitations Based on Heart-kidney Coordination
摘要
Abstract
The article introduces national master of TCM Wang Zili's experience in treating fright palpitations based on heart-kidney coordination by analyzing his typical clinical cases of treating fright palpitations.He holds that fright palpitations is closely related to heart-kidney coordination,kidney storing essence,heart storing spirit,essence belongs to Yin and spirit belongs to Yang,when heart and kidney interact,Yin and Yang complement each other.National master of TCM Wang Zili emphasizes the treatment from heart and kidney for the patients with early fright palpitations,mainly by purging heart fire,benefiting cardiac Qi,nourishing renal Yin,boosting renal Yang and heart-kidney interaction,regulating spleen and stomach as the adjuvant therapy;he values the treatment from spleen and stomach because most of the patients with advanced fright palpitations suffered the deficiency of cardiac Qi and transportation failure of spleen,and they are unable to absorb the drugs,his idea that"invigorating and tonifying spleen is to activate spleen"runs through the whole treatment of fright palpitations.关键词
