一种10 kV电感耦合型直流限流断路器拓扑设计与分析
Topology Design and Analysis of 10 kV Inductively Coupled DC Current-limiting Circuit Breaker

Abstract
Regarding the control and protection requirements of medium voltage DC distribution network,an induc-tively coupled DC current-limiting circuit breaker topology is proposed,which uses inductively coupled technology to achieve fast commutation and effectively suppress fault current,thus reducing the breaking current and the quantity of IGBTs used as well as improving the switching speed.Theoretical derivation and parameter design are performed on the basis of analysis of topology and operation process.Finally,simulation models of single ended equivalent cir-cuit and±10 kV three terminal medium voltage DC distribution network are set up respectively based on Pscad/Emtdc to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and parameter design.The comparison analysis result with the exist-ing typical scheme shows that the designed DC circuit breaker can completely clear short-circuit fault current within 4 ms and have concurrently fast switching and economic performance.关键词
