水稻ACR家族基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of ACR Family Genes in Rice

Abstract
The ACT domain is a conserved domain that specifically binds to small molecules and regulates protein functions.It is involved in vital activities such as metabolic activities,solute transport,and signal transduction.The ACR family pro-teins in rice possess the ACT domain.To further explore the molecular mechanism by which the ACR family members in rice respond to abiotic stresses,this paper used bioinformatics methods to identify 19 OsACR genes and conducted systematic clustering,gene structure,and conserved motif analyses on them.Meanwhile,the expression profiles of OsACR genes in re-sponse to drought and salt stresses in the microarray data were combined for screening.The results showed that the proteins encoded by OsACR genes contain at least one stable ACT domain.The OsACR family genes that respond to drought and salt stresses respectively basically had similar motif structures,and their expression characteristics were closely related to the dis-tribution of elements in their promoters.Based on this,new OsACR genes that may be involved in the response to drought and salt stresses were predicted.This study was expected to provide new and important clues for the functional identification of ACR family members in rice and the research on the stress resistance of rice.关键词
