GGE双标图在裸燕麦品种区域试验中的应用
Application of GGE Biplot in Naked Oats Regional Trial
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the productivity,stability and adaptability of the varieties of naked oats,as well as the dis-crimination and representativeness of testing sites in the alpine region of North China,the yield data of 6 varieties and 6 test-ing sites from 2018 to 2019 were analyzed and evaluated based on the variance analysis and GGE biplot.The results showed that genotype,environment and the interaction between them significantly affected the grain yields.The variety 200910-5-2(G3)and 200910-22-1(G4)had the better performance in terms of grain yield and stability.200910-28-4-3(G2)had the high-est yield,but was not stable enough.6 testing sites could be divided into 2 ecological regions,Zhangbei(E6)had both good representation and strong discriminability,was the most ideal pilot.The Ke Tengqi demonstrative(E3)in Inner Mongolia which belonging another ecological region was also comparatively ideal as a pilot site.关键词
