羊肚菌液体菌种培养条件研究
Optimization of Culture Conditions for Liquid Spawn of Morchella spp
摘要
Abstract
This paper took the Morchella eximia strain as the material and studied the effects of different culture conditions on its liquid strain by measuring the mycelial biomass and the number of mycelial pellets under various conditions,including the type of culture medium,pH value,temperature,rotation speed of the culture box,inoculation amount,carbon source,and nitrogen source.The results indicated that the suitable medium selected was BM medium,with a pH of 6,a culture tempera-ture of 25℃,a shaker speed of 240 r/min,an inoculation amount of 9 pieces,a carbon source of sucrose,and a nitrogen source of beef extract.关键词
