摘要

Abstract

Sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate is an important chemical product with wide applications in industrial wastewater treatment,electrolytic manganese production,fly ash stabilization,wet smelting,ore flotation,and other fields.This article summarized the synthesis process,detection methods,heavy metal removal mechanism,and application effects of sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate in different scenarios.As a heavy metal chelating agent,sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate has strong coordination ability and can form stable heavy metal chelating precipitates with various heavy metal ions.In ore flotation,sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate can effectively suppress zinc floating copper and achieve the separation of copper zinc minerals.At present,there are no corresponding national and industry standards for sodium dimethyl dithiocarbamate products,and it is urgent to develop relevant standards to fill the gap and carry out research and development of product testing methods.
