基于载体诱导厌氧污泥颗粒化的制药废水处理技术
Pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology based on carrier-induced anaerobic sludge granulation

Abstract
Three types of granular carriers,namely carbon-based,resin-based,and polyethylene-based carriers were respectively used to enhance the performance of the up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor in treating pharmaceutical wastewater.The effects of these different granular carriers on the sludge granulation in the UASB were investigated.The experimental results show that the addition of carbon-based materials and resin-based materials in the UASB results in COD removal rates of 95%and 85%,respectively,and the granulation time is shortened by 20%and 30%,respectively.The gas production of the UASB reactor with added resin-based material was 2 386 mL/d when ceftriaxone sodium was not added and 1 908 mL/d when ceftriaxone sodium was added.Among them,the methane production is 501 mL/d and 401 mL/d,respectively.The methane production efficiency is the highest.The addition of carbon-based materials and resin-based materials can both promote the anaerobic sludge granulation,enhance the structural strength of the granule,increase the salt resistance and load shock resistance of the anaerobic sludge,and strengthen the stability of the UASB system.关键词
