多孔炭负载高分散纳米零价铁去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)
Removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from water using porous carbon material-supported highly dispersed nano zero-valent iron

Abstract
Porous carbon material-supported highly dispersed nano zero-valent iron(PCM-nZVI)was prepared by the pyrolysis method and was applied for the adsorption and removal of Cr(Ⅵ)in an aqueous solution.The characterization results show that PCM-nZVI is spherical and hollow in structure,containing a large number of cavities,and nZVI is dispersed on the surface or in the pores of PCM,with a specific surface area of 222.80 m2/g.The removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)increases with the increase of the addition amount of PCM-nZVI and decreases with the increase of pH(2.0-9.0).When the initial pH was set to 4.0,with a potassium dichromate mass concentration was 10 mg/L and a PCM-nZVI addition amount of 1.0 g/L,the Cr(Ⅵ)removal rate is close to 100%after 400 min of adsorption.After five cycles of experiments,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)by PCM-nZVI decreases to 74.4%.The adsorption process of PCM-nZVI for Cr(Ⅵ)conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model and belongs to monolayer adsorption.At 25℃,the saturated adsorption capacity of PCM-nZVI for Cr(Ⅵ)is 87.32 mg/g.The adsorption process is spontaneous and exothermic.Under acidic conditions,the nZVI in PCM-nZVI could reduce Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ).关键词
