子午线航空轮胎静载接地力学性能仿真分析
Simulation Analysis for Mechanical Properties of Radial Aircraft Tires Under Static Load Conditions

Abstract
Aiming to study the effects of inflation pressure and vertical load on the stress distribution,grounding imprint,strain,and radial stiffness of the aircraft tire under static load conditions,a finite element model of aircraft tire of a certain type of airliner is established.The results show that,firstly,the equivalent stress is higher around the wire bead,shoulder,and tread under rated conditions.When the tire pressure is too low,the contact area increases,the shoulder bears a larger load,and the tire's wear resistance decreases.As tire pressure increases,radial stiffness rises,contact area decreases,con-tact stress intensifies,and deflection gradually reduces.Higher tire pressure can cause excessive stress on the tread,poten-tially damaging the tire.Secondly,under rated pressure,as the load increases,the tire's deflection increases,the contact imprint shifts from circular to elliptical,and the contact stress concentration moves from the tread center to the shoulders.When the load reaches 150 kN,excessive stress on the shoulders may lead to tire fatigue damage and premature failure.关键词
