膀胱癌指数量表的汉化及信效度检验
Cross-cultural adaptation and psychometric validation of the Bladder Cancer Index scale

Abstract
Objective To translate and cross-culturally adapt the Bladder Cancer Index scale,and evaluate its reliability and validity for assessing patient-reported outcomes in Chinese bladder cancer patients.Methods Following the modified Brislin translation model,the Bladder Cancer Index scale was translated and cross-culturally adapted.Using convenience sam-pling,404 bladder cancer patients from the urology department of the First Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine were recruited from August to October 2024.Psychometric properties including reliability and validity were sys-tematically assessed.Results The Chinese Bladder Cancer Index scale comprised 36 items across 6 dimensions.Cronbach's α was 0.899(total scale).Split-half reliability was 0.956,and test-retest reliability was 0.934.The content validity index of the scale was 0.84,and criterion-related validity was 0.794.The confirmatory factor analysis confirmed good model fit.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Bladder Cancer Index scale exhibits robust psychometric properties and is recom-mended for clinical assessment of symptom burden in bladder cancer patients.关键词
