摘要

Abstract

To reduce the sensitivity of CL-20,an in-situ polymerization method was used to prepare CL-20@PANI by coating CL-20 with polyaniline(PANI).The morphology,molecular structure,and crystal form of CL-20 before and after coating were analyzed and compared using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The thermal stability of CL-20 before and after coating was analyzed using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and its mechanical sensitivity was tested.The results show that PANI can be successfully coated on the surface of CL-20,and the composite material formed after coating do not change the crystal structure of CL-20.PANI has little effect on the thermal decomposition of CL-20 and can delay the phase transition of CL-20,making it a polymorphic stabilizer for CL-20.Compared with the raw material CL-20,the impact sensitivity(expressed as characteristic drop height)of CL-20 increases by 21 cm after being coated with PANI,and the friction sensitivity decreases from 100%to 70%,indicating that PANI can a-chieve the effect of coating and reduce the sensitivity of CL-20.
