摘要

Abstract

In order to study the gas ejection characteristics of solid propellant under different temperature conditions,a projec-tile ejection system with solid propellant gas generator was established,and a mathematical model of gas bottom projectile e-jection was established based on the internal ballistic curve of gas generator and the parameters of projectile ejection system.The ejection experiments and numerical calculation of gas generators at-40℃,+20℃ and+50℃ were carried out,the relationship between operating state of gas generator and ejection parameters were obtained.The numerical results show that with the increase of temperature,the exit velocity and average overload of simulated load gradually increase,and the exit time shortens.Under the condition of small initial volume,the overload peak value is very sensitive to the ignition process of gas generator,the pressure peak generated by ignition causes excessive overload.The numerical calculation parameters are basi-cally consistent with the experimental results at different temperatures.The errors of the pressure peak with low pressure cham-ber between the numerical results and the experimental results are 5.4%,4.0%and 3.8%,respectively,the errors of over-load peak are 7.8%,1.7%and 5.2%,respectively,the errors of loading exit velocity are 5.5%,2.9%and 2.2%,re-spectively.The relevant errors are within 8%,indicating that the numerical results agree well with the experimental results,which can provide support for the design and application of subsequent solid propellant gas projectile power device and system.
