弯曲型双蒽类深蓝荧光材料的设计合成及其电致发光性能研究
DESIGN,SYNTHESIS AND ELECTROLUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF BENT DUAL-ANTHRACENE BASED DEEP BLUE FLUORESCENT MATERIALS

Abstract
This study designed a novel curved π-conjugated bridge molecular structure.Utilizing a benzene ring as the central π-conjugated bridge,two anthracene units were introduced at the meta positions of the benzene ring,two bent bianthracene-based deep-blue fluorescent emitters,BD1-MH and BD3-MH,were successfully synthesized.This molecular engineering effectively modulates the π-conjugation distribution and significantly enlarges dihedral angles between anthracene units and adjacent benzene rings,thereby suppressing fluorescence quenching induced by intermolecular π-π stacking and achieving high photoluminescence quantum yields of 85%~87%.The BD1-MH-based non-doped OLED device exhibits an electroluminescence peak at 422 nm with CIE coordinates of(0.16,0.08),approaching the National Television System Committee(NTSC)standard blue specification(0.14,0.08).Notably,compared to previously reported BD-series analogues,a blue-shifted electroluminescence peak is achieved in non-doped architecture solely through positional isomerism of branched-chain connections.Furthermore,the BD3-MH-based device demonstrates exceptional optoelectronic performance,achieving a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 3.66%and current efficiency(CE)of 4.02 cd/A.The experimentally observed EQE substantially exceeds theoretical predictions,attributed to triplet-triplet annihilation(TTA)contributions.This work provides innovative strategies for developing high-efficiency deep-blue OLED emitters.关键词
