摘要

Abstract

During the use of lithium-ion batteries,the electrolyte materials are susceptible to repeated mechanical pressure,which inevitably leads to various degrees of microcracking,affecting the service life and safety of the batteries.Therefore,the production of self-healing polyurethane-based polymer electrolytes is a good method to solve this problem.However,the soft segments of polyurethane provide the channel structure for Lithium ion transport,and different soft segments have different solvation abilities.Therefore,two common polyols are selected for preparing two different self-healing gel polymer electrolytes(DAGPEs).It is found that the electrolyte material with poly(ethylene glycol)as the soft segment can realize self-healing within 30 min at 80℃ under the action of DA reversible covalent bond.Meanwhile,the ionic conductivity can be as high as 5.4×10-4 S/cm at room temperature.The assembled battery exhibits an initial specific capacity of approximately 141.4 mAh/g at 0.1 C,maintaining a capacity retention of 98%after 50 cycles.
