摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the germplasm resources and diversity characteristics of butterfly species at different altitudes in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve,and provide basic data for the protection and utilization of butterfly species population resources,the preliminary survey of butterfly species resources was carried out in Dajing(about 930 m above sea level)and Maoping village(about 380 m above sea level)in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve from May 2023 to September 2024.Shannon Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance concentration index,Berger Parker dominance index and pielon evenness index were used to analyze the diversity of butterfly species at two different altitudes.Through the collection and identification of specimens,222 specimens were collected,belonging to 9 families,48 genera and 65 species,of which the dominant family was Nymphalidae,the number of genera and species accounted for 33.33%and 32.30%respectively;The dominant genera were Papilio,Graphium and Neptis,accounting for 9.23%,6.15%and 6.15%respectively;The dominant species was Pieris rapae,accounting for 21.17%;The diversity index,dominance concentration index,dominance index and evenness index of Dajing(high altitude)were higher than those of Maoping village(low altitude).The results showed that high altitude might increase the diversity of butterfly species community in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve,and the dominant species were more prominent.
