摘要

Abstract

Metabolic reprogramming refers to the fact that the cells exhibit metabolic patterns different from those of normal cells when they deteriorate,which is a characteristic metabolic change in the early stage of tumor cells.Metabolic reprogramming is also an essential part of the cells infected by viruses,providing raw materials and the required energy for virus rapid replication and biosynthesis.Viruses can not replicate independently by themselves and need to rely on the metabolism of host cells to provide the substances and energy required for their replication.This article provides an overview of the changes in the metabolism of host cells caused by the infection of several animal viruses,aiming to understand the role of metabolic reprogramming in the pathogenic mechanism of viruses and to provide therapeutic targets for the development of antiviral drugs.
