梅花鹿人工授精受胎率的影响因素
Affecting Factors of Artificial Insemination on Fertility Rate of Sika Deer
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the affecting factors of artificial insemination on the fertility rate of sika deer,the best production practices were screened by studying the effects of insemination time,insemination plan,effective sperm count and different insemination sites on the conception rate of sika deer doe after the same period of estrus.The results showed that the conception rate was 78%in 10-12 h after estrus,which was significantly higher than that in 6-8 h(38%)and 8-10 h after estrus(44%).In the first timed insemination(40%)and the second timed insemination(70%),when the effective sperm count was between 12 million and 14 million,the conception rate was the highest at 78%;the conception rate in uterus was the highest at 78%,which was higher than the other insemination part.These results showed that the best production practice plan was to use the method of estrus insemination,in 10-12 h after the estrus of the sika deer doe,the effective sperm count in the uterus was 12 million to 14 million for insemination.关键词
