青少年非自杀性自伤影响因素多元回归分析
Multiple regression analysis of influencing factors for non—suicidal self injury in adolescents

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of life events,coping styles,alexithymia,and self-esteem on adoles-cent with non-suicidal self injury(NSSI).Methods:A total of 202 adolescents with NSSI were included as the study group,and 210 adolescents without NSSI,matched for age,gender,and years of education,were included as the con-trol group.The Adolescent Self-Harm Scale(ASHS),Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS),and Self-Esteem Scale(SES)were used to assess the severity of adolescent NSSI,the frequency and severity of life events,coping styles,the severity of alexithymia,and self-esteem levels,respectively.Results:The proportion of left-behind children and those from ru-ral areas was higher in the study group than in the control group(x2=22.873,46.748;P＜0.01),while the propor-tion of only children was lower(x2=30.729,P＜0.01).The study group had higher scores for life events,alexithy-mia,and negative coping styles than the control group(t=14.628,11.493,13.747;P＜0.01),and lower scores for positive coping styles and self-esteem levels(t=-6.775,-5.776;P＜0.01).The scores for life events and negative coping styles in the study group were positively correlated with the severity of adolescent NSSI(r=0.549,0.203;P＜0.01);Logistic regression analysis showed that negative life events(OR=1.073,95％CI:1.051～1.096),alexithy-mia(OR=1.061,95％CI:1.020～1.103),negative coping styles(OR=1.096,95％CI:1.049～1.145),non—only chil-dren(OR=3.190,95％CI:1.515～6.720),and living in rural areas(OR=5.153,95％CI:2.480～10.707)were risk factors for adolescent NSSI;positive coping styles(OR=0.926,95％CI:0.885～0.969)were protective factors for ad-olescent NSSI.Conclusion:Life events and negative coping styles are related to the severity of adolescent NSSI.Nega-tive life events,negative coping styles,alexithymia,non—only children,and living in rural areas may be adverse influ-encing factors for adolescent NSSI,and targeted intervention measures are needed to reduce adolescent NSSI behavior.关键词
